BCG予防接種

It has been one month since our baby had gotten a shot of BCG. Just like the doctor said that it would get worse around 4 weeks, now it got red and swollen... When I was little, only those who got negative on tuberculin skin test had to get shot of BCG so I did not have to take it. Now the law has been changes, so everyone has to take it before they are 6 month old...

BCGの予防接種を受けて、今日でちょうど一ヶ月。４週目くらいが一番ひどくなりとは聞いていましたが、だんだん腫れてきました...。私が小学校の頃は、ツベルクリン反応検査で陰性が出たらBCGを接種していたので私はBCGやらなくて良かったのですが、今はツベルクリン反応検査をせずに直接BCG接種をするみたいです。

It looks hurt or itchy... He needs to get another shot of DPT next week :(

痛々しくて可哀想やけど、本人は痛くも痒くもない様子で機嫌も良いです。でも来週にはまたDPTの１回目が〜...。

百面相

I will never get bored looking at our baby's face! It changes all the time!

ちょっとの間にこんなにころころ表情が変わって、見ていて飽きないわ〜。どんなこと考えてるんかな？？

Both Jeff and the baby got little skinnier, and they even look the same! I think the shape of their face, especially their chin, looks the same.

遊び疲れて眠ってしまったこの顔...パパにそっくり。最近パパも赤ちゃんも顔がすっきりしてきて、顎のラインがそっくり〜！

He can look up for a long time!

Now he can lay on his stomach and look up for a long time!

両手で支えて、だいぶ長い間顔を上げていられるようになりました〜。名前を呼ぶと、上を向いてくれます。

I'm tired...I need a break...

でも疲れたのでちょっと休憩...

Look! I can fly!!

離乳食４日目

4th day since we have started feeding him baby food. Now he can eat two spoons of rice porridge and can swallow it! When we bring the spoon closer to his mouth, he opens his mouth big.

離乳食を初めて４日目。初めの２日間はスプーン１さじで、３日目からは２さじになりました。初めは飲み込めてるのかどうかわからなかったけど、４日目は全部飲み込めました！スプーンを口に持って行くと、あ〜んと大きな口を開けておいしそうに食べてくれます。もっと欲しそうにするからもっとあげたいけど、お腹壊すといけないからね...。
