I had have been asking Jeff to make Epi with his sourdough, and he finally made them last night! He made one with bacon and black pepper, one with bacon and Yuzu Koshou, and the other one with mustard. We both liked Yuzu Koshou the best!!
ベーコンマスタードエピ、ベーコン黒胡椒エピ、ベーコン柚子胡椒。結果は、2人とも柚子胡椒が一番でした!マスタードも美味しかったけど、黒胡椒はたくさん入れないとあまり分からないと判明〜。
