たこ焼きパーティー☆

Yesterday, Jeff came back with some AETs from Ayabe, Fukuchiyama, and Sagano High School after the Kyoto JET Seminar. Before they came, I tried to clean the house, but our baby kept making a mess. I put stuff away... he takes everything out... I don't know how many times we repeated this... I got tired before they came, but so did the baby. He passed out on the floor and did not wake up even they came.

昨日と今日は、京都府のAETさん達の研修です。昨日の夜研修が終って、ジェフが綾部、福知山、嵯峨野高校のAETさん達と一緒に帰って来て、みんなでたこ焼きを作りました☆皆が来る前に家の掃除や片付けをしたのですが、片付けた先から赤ちゃんが散らかして、また元に戻してまた散らかして...これの繰り返しでした。しまいには出したものをゴミ箱に入れたり...。皆が来る前にくたくたになった〜と思ってたら、赤ちゃんも同じだったみたいで（笑）、いつの間にか床の上で寝てました！

We made Takoyaki. They have had Takoyaki but some of them made Takoyaki for the first time.

Usually our baby is not shy with strangers at all, but yesterday he woke up, saw these non Japanese people he did not know and started crying. However after a while, he started playing with them :)

いつもは人見知りしない赤ちゃんですが、寝起きだったし、起きたら知らない、しかも日本人じゃない人達がいてびっくりしたのか、下唇を突き出して今にも泣きそうな顔で、私の足にしがみついてました。でもちょっとしたら慣れてきて、遊んでもらってました。嵯峨野のAETさん、すごく背が高いのですが、赤ちゃん見上げても見上げてもなかなか顔が見えないので、あまりに反り返って尻餅つきそうになってました（笑）。
